CUSTOMER FEEDBACK


There are times when every company can have shortcomings, and how you deal with these issues separate the good from the great. We want to take every opportunity to make our local DQ The best that it can be. Because of that we have created the Customer Feedback Link

which is located on the sidebar of this site. When one customer has a bad experience and takes the time to share that experience with us, shows us that they care. It also represents 10 customers that had that same experience that do not take the time to give us the feedback. So thank you for the time to come to this site and share your experience.

Sitting in the dinning room at Panama city beach DQ. We love coming here and I'm not one to complain but tinight was terrible. Chicken tenders in basket small as could be. Chicken sandwhiches were overcooked and razor thin. Very dry. Lettuce on sandwi ch was black. And best of all we witnessed an employee eatibg fries off our tray. Very dissapointing. We are local and iam in the restaraunt business and this was not the service or quality of food we are use to. We spent $30 and are not happy at all.

Drive thru at DQ Callaway is horrible! Waited 15mins for cold food. Then they forgot half our order. Cook is on drugs and I have video of him drugged put while cooking. Needs new management or something!

I was very disappointed when I went to the Callaway DQ. I went in to get large hot fudge Sundae, 2 small plain sundaes, large royal cheesecake blizzard. The sundaes were all the same size and I asked why and the unsociable cashier told me they were out of small cups. I then said that the large hot fudge should still be bigger. He did not do anything except repeat what he said. The large should have not been the size of a small. There were 2 different size cups. The blizzard was not full like I have always received it. I asked for lids for the sundaes and was told they were out and the guy just walks away with out apologizing or anything. I took a picture of what I got when I got to my truck. The sundaes were already half melted.I have always received better food and better service than this. I'm disappointed and for what I'm paying should have been better. If this is the type of service that I will receive then I won't be back.

To add to my previous comment. When I ate my large royal cheesecake blizzard, there was only a fourth of a stream of strawberry in the cup and instead of there being some chunks of cheesecake it was mixed so much that I felt like I was eating grit. My husbands hit fudge sundae didn't taste like soft serve and because it had melted so much before I got out the door the fudge was all in the middle. This is so disappointing!!!!

I just ate a walnut that was in my "Sour Patch Kids" blizzard. I'm really glad I don't have a nut allergy! Please take care with your ingredients! Mix ups like that can be dangerous!
